Good Standing shall be defined as the member having paid for, and being in possession of the per capita stamp of the immediately preceding quarter as well as having fully complied with all his/her/their obligations to the Local. Failure on the part of any member to pay any financial obligation to this union within the quarter, result in such a member being automatically deemed suspended (i.e. not in good standing).
